QSB 2.0 Showcases

QSB's application is as limited as one's imagination. Here are a few ideas:

  • Financial Reporting and Investor Relations
  • Internal Corporate Communications
  • Product and Project Announcements
  • Employee Training
  • End-User Product Instruction
  • Public Relations
  • Interactive Event Webcasts (e.g., Conferences, Meetings, etc.)
  • Government "Town Hall" Meetings and other Political Events
  • Academic Distance Learning, PR and Information Sharing
  • Sporting Event Pay-Per-View Broadcasts

Here are a few of the ways QSB is already being used!

Orion Pharmaceuticals Quarterly Report

The Orion webcast reflects one of our most stable client areas - quarterly financial reporting. These productions speak for themselves - giving image and voice to what would otherwise be just numbers and charts. QSB also enables the company's management to explain developments at their firm in an interactive manner by fielding questions that are included in the webcast (which can be edited for on-demand viewing).

Outotec Mining Technologies

In addition to broadcasting periodic financial reports, Outotec uses QSB to announce new projects - like their pelletizing plant - engaging stakeholders and financial analysts by demonstrating facts and processes.

The example to the right demonstrates Outotec's use of QSB's Web TV platform.

Foreign Ministry of Finland / OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting

In many countries, there is a quickly growing trend to regularly webcast government meetings and reports for the public's convenience. QSB provides them with ready access to webcasting and an ease of control interface. When it was Finland's turn to host the EU OSCE 16th Ministerial Council Meeting, The Foreign Ministry depended on QSB to deliver the event broadcast to thousands of worldwide viewers simultaneously.

Mayor's Office, City of Helsinki, Finland

Last spring, Helsinki's mayor decided to bring key policy discussion directly to the voters through this webcast of an open house hosted in a Helsinki auditorium where the public was invited to address its concerns directly to the various department heads of the municipality. The mayor hosted and fielded questions from the audience that the department heads answered. The event received high marks because all the public could attend - right from their home!

Aalto University Opening Ceremonies

Aalto University is a newly created merger of three major Finnish universities. Its success or failure depends in large part on its being able to generate enough publicity to attract students worldwide and increase enrollment.

QSB is also an effective and easy way to provide distance learning, whether it's by a university or the human resources department of a company.
